“First off, I want to make it clear that Coach Dennis Allen is a good coach. He’s a hard worker, a man who gave everything he had for this team, and I have nothing but respect for him as a person and as a coach. He was always there for us, always pushing us to get better. But in the end, this is a business, and sometimes tough decisions have to be made.”
“That said, I think we can all agree that we deserve better. We have the talent. We have the players. We have the foundation. What we need is the right leadership, the right direction to get us back where we belong — competing for championships.”
Kamara’s words came after a tumultuous season for the Saints, where inconsistent performances, missed opportunities, and a lack of offensive spark led to Allen’s firing.
